Consumer Insight Specialist
Our Brand Consulting team, of c.30 colleagues, is looking for a Consultant to join our UK team (based in central London). The successful candidate would be a core member of one of our biggest account teams, working primarily on the tobacco/nicotine category. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading manufacturers, both locally and internationally, working on a wide variety of brands and platforms.
Your Role
Brand Potential offers a suite of marketing services; delivering Insight, Innovation, Strategy, Design + Creative,Social, PR, Digital and Media + Commerce specialisms, globally, to help brand owners unlock the potential of their brands.
The role requires an Consumer Insight Researcher, specialising in qualitative research, to work across Brand Identity & Positioning / Comms & Messaging / Concept Innovation / Behavioural Science / Ethnography / Product Innovation & Design / Sustainability workstreams.
This role is focussed on the day-to-day delivery of Insight workstreams; delivering high quality work and continually delighting our clients.
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience working on adhoc (qualitative) insight projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment – ideally within a brand, marketing or market research agency / consultancy.
The role requires a highly motivated individual who can use their initiative to flex according to client needs, solve problems, as they arise, apply creative thinking and work as part of a team; promoting a calm, positive and efficient working environment.

- Support the management of assigned account activities, ensuring client needs are understood and communicated to the wider team.
