The role requires a Quantitative Insight Researcher, with experience in stats & analytics, to work with the team across Insight, Innovation and Brand Strategy projects. Projects could include U&A studies, Market Landscaping, Consumer Segmentation and Opportunity Frameworks, Brand Identity & Positioning, Drivers of Choice, Predictive Modelling, Brand Architecture, Brand Equity Tracking, Path to Purchase & Shopper Research, Pricing, Comms and Messaging Evaluation and Concept & Product testing.

Our Brand Consulting team, of c.30 colleagues, is looking for a client-facing  Insight Analyst to join the UK team (based in central London). The successful candidate would be a core member of our Quantitative Research team, specialising in Stats & Data Analytics. The successful candidate would have the opportunity to work with  brands spanning FMCG, Personal Care, Finance, Tech and more, but specifically playing a pivotal role working on one of our largest International FMCG clients, spanning multiple categories and regions.

We are looking for someone who has experience working on adhoc (quantitative) insight projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment – ideally within a brand, marketing or market research agency / consultancy. An aptitude for strategic data exploration is essential and experience in running and interpreting advanced analytical techniques is required (e.g. Max Diff, Conjoint, Drivers analysis, Regression, Segmentation, TURF, Factor Analysis etc.)

For this role, we are looking for the following core competencies and behaviours:

Quantitative Research Foundations:
Solid grounding in quantitative research methods and stats and analytics, with experience in managing designing and writing questionnaires, data tabulation and manipulation, data interrogation and running statistical analysis via a given platform e.g. SPSS, SAS, R, Q.

Clear Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas visually to clients and contribute to storytelling in decks and debriefs.

Project Delivery:
Good organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage tasks across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Aptitude and experience in working with with AI tools to support research, analysis, and workflow efficiency, with openness to learning new technologies.
