Paid Media Executive
Our Digital team, of c.30+ colleagues, is looking for a client-facing Paid Media Executive to join the UK team (based in central London). As a core member of our Performance Marketing function, you will be responsible for the technical execution and day-to-day management of paid media accounts, ensuring every campaign reflects best practice and high-quality thinking. This role offers the opportunity to work with brands spanning Healthcare, FMCG, Hospitality, Interiors and more, playing a vital role in the activation and optimisation of our largest digital client in healthcare.
We are looking for someone who is a proactive learner with a strong curiosity for innovation and emerging paid media approaches. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4 is essential, alongside the ability to blend data-driven facts with creative thinking to improve client outcomes. You will work collaboratively across disciplines, including SEO, Social, and UX, to ensure our paid media delivery is integrated, efficient, and impactful.
The role requires a highly motivated individual who can use their initiative to navigate client needs, solve technical challenges as they arise, and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Your Role
A Paid Media Executive role, with a focus on delivering technical excellence and insightful reporting for our clients.
Clients:
- Support the successful delivery of paid media projects at all lifecycle stages, ensuring high-quality work that reflects the value of client investment.
- Contribute to insightful reporting by translating raw data into meaningful performance updates and actionable recommendations.
- Support the briefing process, proactively gathering the information needed to deliver campaigns within scope and timings.
Culture:
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture, setting a high bar for work ethic and results.
- Maintain all relevant paid media certifications and proactively share key platform updates and knowledge with the wider team.
- Work with the Paid Media Manager to identify personal skills gaps and pursue relevant training to stay ahead of market trends.
Commerciality:
- Maintain an awareness of agency profitability by ensuring efficient campaign delivery and accurate personal administration (Asana, Synergist).
- Monitor time invested against client accounts to ensure it reflects the agreed scope and provides maximum value.
- Support new business inputs and audits with technical paid media expertise and data-driven insights when requested.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other Performance Marketing disciplines, such as SEO and Social, to ensure a truly integrated delivery.
- Assist with team-wide Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure best practices and accuracy are followed across all digital activations.
- Provide paid media context and performance data to colleagues in other departments to support holistic, cross-channel strategies.
Communication:
- Ensure timely, transparent communication on work status, risks, and next steps to both internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Present campaign insights and data-driven recommendations confidently in internal forums and client meetings.
- Draft clear, professional communications, including emails, brief summaries, and reporting narratives.
Creativity:
- Bring current strategic thinking to the use of paid media tools, platform innovations, and emerging bid management solutions.
- Challenge assumptions and contribute fresh ideas to proposals, pitches, and strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Feed market, category, and audience behaviour insights into the campaign development process to solve client challenges.
