Manolete Partners plc appoints Houston as financial communications adviser
Manolete Partners plc (AIM: MANO), the UK’s leading insolvency litigation financing company, has appointed Houston, the specialist Capital Markets and Strategic M&A communications advisory practice at Brand Potential, as its financial communications adviser.

Led by Houston’s Director of Capital Markets and Corporate, Charlie Barker and Managing Partner of UK Communications, Kate Hoare, the team will support CEO Mena Halton, CFO Will Sawyer and the Manolete Board across the company’s financial communications. This includes investor, sell-side and media relations, as well as digital and corporate communications, with a focus on refining Manolete’s equity story, increasing awareness and improving understanding as the Company enters its next chapter of growth.
Listed on AIM, Manolete is the UK’s leading insolvency claims financing company, with over 1,700 claims financed and over 1,300 completed to date. The Company, which was named as a Financial Times Europe Long-Term Growth Champion in 2025, purchases and monetises insolvency claims and increases returns to creditors such as HMRC on claims that otherwise wouldn’t be pursued where Insolvency Practitioners lack the capital or risk appetite.
Mena Halton, CEO of Manolete, said:
“The Houston team impressed the Board with their strong understanding of our business, highly relevant experience and enthusiasm to support Manolete in this important next chapter of our growth. They presented a rigorous assessment of the communications challenges and opportunities ahead, with a clear strategic plan to help us capitalise. We look forward to working with the team as we execute our growth plans.”
Charlie Barker, Director of Capital Markets and Corporate at Houston, commented:
“Our analysis made it clear that we can promote understanding and awareness of the Manolete business and its growth potential. The Company has a strong market leadership position underpinned by a unique, proven and disciplined model, with a long track record of attractive returns and growth in a large and growing insolvency litigation sector. We are looking forward to working with Mena, Will and the Board to bring these qualities to the fore through a refreshed and re-energised strategic communications programme.”
