Borough Kitchen Launch, Wimbledon Showroom

Neptune needed a launch that matched the ambition of Borough, its first new kitchen collection in over a decade. By creating an elevated, in-person experience for editors, stylists and creators, we turned a single showroom event into a powerful platform for coverage, content and Neptune’s next chapter.

The Potential

Neptune is known for quiet luxury and timeless craft. Ahead of a major milestone year, the brand had a clear challenge: launchBorough, its first new kitchen collection in more than a decade, in a way that felt unmistakably Neptune. It had to earn attention from the right people, notjust more people.

The Insight

Premium is felt, not told. Editors and creators need to experience craft in real life to believe it, photograph it, and write it with conviction.

The Idea

We built an elevated, design-led PR event that let Borough speak through detail. We managed everything end to end. Concept.Creative direction. Guest curation. Outreach. RSVPs. Production. Styling.Hosting. Inside the showroom, we created an immersive walk-through, access to spokespeople, and photo moments that made the story easy to capture and even easier to share.

The Impact

A senior, tightly targeted guest list attended, including leading UK lifestyle and interiors editors, respected freelance writers and stylists, plus design-focused influencers. The launch generated immediate social coverage, strong longer-lead editorial interest, and a pipeline of feature opportunities.

In a digital-first world, the event proved the power of presence. Guests could open drawers, feel finishes, and see craftsmanship up close. That sensory connection built real relationships and more authentic storytelling. It also created momentum into Neptune’s 30th anniversary narrative, positioning the brand front of mind as 2026 planning begins.
