From Calpol to Listerine, Neutrogena to OGX, we fused deep insight with bold strategy and expert design to transform products into trusted essentials. The result: a continuous partnership that delivers strategic breakthroughs, one brand at a time.

The Potential

Kenvue is the home of some of the world’s most iconic consumer healthcare brands. Our task was to unlock the potential across a diverse portfolio including Imodium, Johnson’s Baby, Nicorette, OGX, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Maui Moisture, Listerine, and Calpol. The business needed to move beyond surface-level category data to find the specific consumer behaviours and attitudes that fuel long-term commercial growth. To stay ahead, Kenvue required a partner who could turn deep human understanding into a competitive advantage.

The Insight

Commercial growth is found in the smallest human moments. We discovered that getting as close as possible to these "moments of truth" was the only way to deliver effectively against complex business objectives. Whether it is a parent’s trust in Calpol or the daily ritual of Listerine, understanding the emotional and physical reality of the user is what transforms a product into a household essential.

The Idea

We fused deep human Insight with bold Strategy and expert Design to create a powerhouse partnership across the Kenvue portfolio. This was not a single campaign: it was a continuous application of "The Power of And." We combined rigorous analysis with creative craft to solve unique briefs for brands like Neutrogena and Maui Moisture. This included supporting the launch of their Gut2Know app for Imodium, developing the lead range concept for Aveeno Calm + Restore, and designing high-impact packaging for OGX Rescue Fusions.

The Impact

Our partnership has delivered a series of major strategic successes for Kenvue’s leading brands. We successfully designed and supported the launch of their Gut2Know app for Imodium, creating a new digital ecosystem for the brand.We also defined the market-ready concept for Aveeno’s Calm + Restore range and delivered distinctive packaging for OGX Rescue Fusions. These interventions ensured that brands like Nicorette and Johnson’s Baby maintained their competitive edge and market-leading positions.

We shifted the narrative from functional medicine to intuitive, human-centric care. By improving the digital user experience and physical product design, we helped Kenvue brands become a more seamless and trusted part of daily life.
